Can Halloween Get Any Campier?
One can argue that Halloween is probably the gayest holiday there is. It's the one day you can dress in drag or what ever you like and no one bats an eye. As a matter of fact, the more outlandish the better! So us gays like to celebrate it all week. Considering we just traded in our piece of shit Fleetwood Bounder for a new Fleetwood Discovery, we are eager to break it in and boy does it BREAK! Now in Texas we have several gay campgrounds so I decide we are going to have a campy Halloween and luckily 2 of the campgounds are celebrating it on different weekends.
The first one is Circle J Ranch, an all male campground that used to be clothing optional and is an actual working steer ranch. Now I've never been there but I have heard stories and let me tell you they read like a page out of a Broke Back novel. You know, those pages that stick together. So I'm extra excited about this visit but we're going to have to leave Mom at home for this one, and she's not going to be to happy about that, considering she's a bigger voyer than I am.

The second is the much larger Rainbow Ranch and one of my favorite gay campgrounds. It has a mixed crowd of Gays and Lesbians and is more family oriented. They throw a huge Halloween celebration including a haunted trail, pumpkin carving, site decorating, and costume contests. I always have a great time at Rainbow Ranch and this is one of my mother's favorite places to camp so she'll be joinging us on this adventure along with all six dogs!
